Your Alpine Caravan Park in the High Country

Right on the Ovens River, a short walk from town and Bright Brewery. Powered sites, cabins, and camping under big shady trees. Come for the autumn colours, stay for the swimming holes and the snow up the hill.

A caravan park in the Bright Alpine region

Welcome to Bright Accommodation Park, a caravan park in the Bright Alpine region that's been a favorite with families for years. We sit right on the edge of town, a short stroll from the main street and the Ovens River. You'll find us tucked under the big deciduous trees that Bright's famous for, the ones that turn gold and red every autumn. Come summer, you can ride down to the river for a swim or grab a cold one at Bright Brewery. It's the kind of spot where you can set up camp and settle in without feeling cramped or fussed over.

Bright accommodation for every kind of trip

We're an easygoing Alpine caravan park with powered and unpowered sites, plenty of shade, and cabins if you'd rather not pitch a tent. Big rigs, camper trailers, a swag and a fold-out chair, we've got room for the lot. The amenities are clean, the camp kitchen's handy, and the kids have got space to run around. There's a barbecue or two, and you're never far from a hot shower after a day on the trails. It's an easy base for a long weekend or a fortnight.

Things to do around Bright

There's heaps on. The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail runs right past, so bring the bikes. In winter the snow at Mount Hotham and Falls Creek is less than an hour up the hill. There's mountain biking, swimming holes, the Canyon Walk, and a swag of wineries and cafes in the valley. Reckon you could spend a week here and still not see it all. Have a look at our things to do page for the full rundown.
