Check-in and check-out times in Bright
Check-in: from 2pm. Check-out: by 10am. Your site or cabin's ready from 2pm, and we ask everyone to be packed up by 10am so we can reset for the next guests.

What is my site or cabin number?
You will receive and email and an SMS about your site or cabin number around 10.30am on the day of arrival.

Arriving after hours? You don't need to ring us
This is the important bit. You don't have to time your drive around our opening times. On the morning of your arrival we'll text you a pre-check-in link with everything you need — your site or cabin number, access details and a park map. Check-in is contactless and works whether you roll in at 3pm or well after dark. Stuck behind a van doing 60 up the Great Alpine Road? No stress — your spot's waiting and you can settle straight in.

Early check-in
We can't promise it — sites and cabins usually need the morning to be cleaned and reset. But if the park's quiet it's sometimes doable. Message the park manager the day before and we'll let you know.

Late check-out and extra nights
After a slower morning? Late check-out is available on request subject to availability. Want to stay another night? Get in touch and we'll extend you if there's space - peak weeks (January, Easter and snow season) book out early, so the sooner you ask the better.

Nothing to pay on arrival
Your booking's paid in full when you book online, so there's nothing to settle at the desk when you get here.

  • Can I use the camp kitchen when I arrive? Yes — BBQs, fridges, microwave, toaster and sink are there for all guests.

  • Can I have a campfire? BYO fire pit and firewood and you're good to go.
