We want every guest to feel welcome and able to enjoy the park. Here's what we offer, and how to ask for what you need.
Do you have any cabins that are accessible?
Our cabins do not comply with Disability and wheelchair requirements. Most are your typical Jayco cabins with small steps and do not have special bathrooms for accessibility.
Service animals
Recognised assistance animals are welcome in every cabin and accommodation type, including the otherwise non-pet stays, at no extra cost. Please let us know at booking so we can prepare the room.

The best thing you can do is reach out before booking and tell us about your needs. Our reception team will work with you to find the right room, the right site, and any extras we can provision before you arrive. Email or call via the Contact page.
